JIM Construction was pioneered from our vision for developing high quality sustainable residential developments in London. Our team has identified important attributes within prime locations in London and see projects through from inception to completion.

What makes JIM Construction unique is the approach that we input into our projects; our real estate experts identify properties, we then use our expertise to scrutinise and recognise key selling points within developments.

We work closely with a number of specialist consultants to overcome the planning and construction issues which prevent many schemes being developed and can greatly affect the viability of given schemes.

Thereafter, we carefully construct a financial plan and work with our team of property consultants to achieve the desired product and maximise return. Finally, our industry leading sales teams will market the properties to the required network of buyers/agents and through the necessary media.
